Fish House Punch

Older than the country itself, Fish House Punch is one of America's first notable cocktails. And as strong as heck.

Fish House Punch

Makes 2 cocktails

1.5 oz. dark rum (preferably very dark, like Goslings)
1.5 oz. spiced rum
1 oz. brandy
1 oz. peach brandy or peach cordial (try making your own!)
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar

- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and pour into a collins glass with ice.
- Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.
